Genuine leather sofa and love seat turns to be fake!
I have bought a sofa and a love seat 2 years ago from the Birck and it was promised to be genuine leather, after 2 years I have noticed the sitting area of the sofa is peeling off and it shows clearly that it is not leather at all! After calling the warranty department, they told me it is not leather and and warranty only applies to leather, what can do about this, i have lost $1500 and $150 for extended warranty, my invoice reads leather with full 5 years warranty. What can i do now
