I went to Ashley furniture may 1 and ordered a coach for my for my fianc new home. I was told that it would take 5 weeks for them to deliver the coach, however it took 6. I was not too pissed about a week as long as it finally got there.
When the deliverymen arrived with the furniture, it was not in a box or plastic wrap. Once the entered the home with the coach it had several rips and stains all over the item. We asked the men what are the marks from and was told, Hey what do you expect things happen.
I admittedly called the store and told them I will not accept this coach and would like a new one. I was ensured that I would have a new coach in a few weeks. Within the next few weeks, I was not contacted once by anyone from Ashley's. When I called I keep getting the run around about how the order is on its way and its coming blah blah blah, I was told this for 3 months, from the MANGER'S of the store.
Finally, I called corporate customer care and was hung up on several times after I explained my problem. I then had a friend call and get the names of the managers at the customer care office, which I was told they did not have any managers. I then called back and asked to speak with either RENAY or ISSIE (the two managers at the customer service office 623.209.2896) once I was connected with Renay she insured me that I would have the coach in 3 weeks she apologized for the miscommunication and told me she would be giving me a call within in a few days. Again, I heard nothing from these people.
That following Monday I went up to the store and a guy who was pissed at his supervisor for what ever reason told me that I need to call the corporate office and speak to someone there because the managers at the store told the employees if I called to give me the run around. He told me to call AMY at the corporate office 623.209.2700 I called Amy that day and explained the situation to her and she went into the file and told me that the reason I did not receive my order was because the guy who placed it was fired and no one followed up on any of his orders.
She told me that she has called and place a rush order on it and I would receive it no later than the October 31. I asked her since we waited 4 months without a coach and was forced to go and purchase another one could they put protector on the coach. She said im sorry but that will be extra yea I understand that you waited for months but that's just something I can not do, im already accommodated you buy putting a rush order for you.
Well it's now the October 31 and no coach. I just got off the phone with the store and no one again cannot find my order or anything else. I would not recommend anyone to do business with these people ever!!!
