I ordered a "coach" purse and "coach" wallet, totaling 105.98, on 2/25. Within a day or two of ordering, after the money had been taken out of my checking acct, i was sent an email telling me the purse i had chosen was out of stock and to please choose another. So, i chose a different one, and sent a reply email. I then contacted coach, via email, to see if they had an online outlet store, because i had become suspicious by this point. It took a few days and i was told that they did not have any online outlet stores. I contacted the coachonlinestore, and told them that i had contacted coach, and that they were advertising products as real coach products, that were fakes, and that it was illegal to do so. I also told them i wanted my money refunded immediately! I received email stating that since the merchandise wasn't shipped yet, the money would be refunded. It's been almost three weeks and i haven't gotten a refund or anything in the mail! The most recent emails i've sent to them have not been responded too. There is also no address or telephone number to contact.
