Ashley Furniture Home Store never delivered furniture and won't refund
Please Beware! Do not shop at the Ashley Furniture Home Store s. They might seem like they have alot of choices and decent prices. The only issue is that you will never actually get the furniture. I ordered furniture in February from Ashley furniture. I signed an agreement and they took my check. After the agreement was signed they stuck a sticker on it that said please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. I questioned the sales rep immediately because nothing like that was mentioned to me before I paid. She assured me that it was being ordered from a warehouse and it usually doesnt take that long. Well weeks went by and I never heard anything. I called Ashley and each time was given a delivery date of futher and further away. One time they said that they had part of the funiture but could not deliver a partial order. I sent e-mail to customer service and was told that they could rush the order and split it. I recieved an e-mail then saying that the furniture was on backorder. I then called back and was told they actually didn't have any of the furniture yet and it was going to be a month or even longer. I was fed up at this point and went to my local ashley home store where I purchased the furniture. Because it had been well over the delivery date I demanded a refund. I was told that they could not give a refund in store and I would have to get the refund from a different store. As I start going towards that store I call them and was told it was a store on the other side of the state. I have been told so many different lies, they are all rude and uncaring. I think its crazy that a furniture place has had my money for a long time, I have to furniture to show for it and they can't refund my money for 2 more weeks because of "processing" Please never shop here
