I purchased a Ontel MicroFiber Swivel Mop. I have used it twice and the plastic bottom base split in pieces which I don't think it should have. I did nothing wrong.
I e-mailed Ontel after finding them on the computer, and received no answer. I then called them long distance. I said I would be happy to send them the pieces of the broken base if they would replace it. They want me to send them the mop handle and the base before they would replace
They said they have to send me the whole mop.
They know it costs to much for me to bother sending the long handle with the base back to them. This is just a way for them to get out of sending me the new base. This should of lasted more than two times. This is a rip off.
