We heard the commercial on the TV, the offer was for buy one get one FREE, the totoal price was to be about $120.00, they charged my credit card $393.00. This was approx. 5 or 6 weeks ago. I called the numbers that I had, immediately 2 days later after discovering that they had fraudgently charged my account. I called more than 20 times, could not get anyone on the phone. Finally, I spoke to someone by the name of Mary Lewis and told her that I wanted to cancel, because the amount that I was quoted was not what was charged on my credit card. She gave me a cancellation # 768 8647 and told me that she was goning to speed up the process, I should see it on my statement in about 10-15 days. It has NEVER happened. Now I can not get through via phone or email, the email address is now INVALID. Neither of the phone lines are working. I contact my bank and am disputing the charges, as I did not authorize the amount that they charged me. I can not talk to anyone to see what the status of my cancellation is, however they have not refunded my money back to my account. These people are clearly theives and need to be stopped. If they have done this to me and Sherry from Nevada, they have probably done it to Thousands of others, they need to be stopped and we need our money back and also to be compensated for the inconvience that they are causing us.
