Order 415761 - Ruger base scope for a 96/22 and a Tascom Scope. Sent me a base mount for a 10/22. The customer rep was unpleasant and disputed my statement. Says I had to pay for shipping even thought it was their mistake. I wanted to return the scope as well because I can't use it, I don't have a scope mount/base. Said I have to pay shipping AND a 15% restocking fee. Okay, nothing wrong with the scope, but I purchased it thinking they had the correct base. A REAL store would make that transaction right, rather that saying hah - sorry you're stuck with that scope because we screwed up with the scope mount.
