Bought a bed at the store location in Burnsville and was told that there was a 30 day no questions ask return policy.
At no point did the sales person mention that the 30 day return warranty did not include the adjustable base.
To be fair the non - returnable base is called out on the receipt and in their brochure, so shame on me for not catching it. But who would think that a customized base for a bed is not part of the return policy?
In my opinion a base is part of a bed, period.
Now I am stuck with a $3000 base which I have no use for. Like I said shame on me for not catching it. Hopefully this complaint will prevent some readers from not making the same mistake.
BTW if you really need an adjustable base I have one for half price. It is brand new.
