Really terrible experience. I had a new gas range delivered to an apartment I own in July. The tenant did not notice that the broiler door was broken and the frame was twisted until several months later. I have a fully warranty so I called for an appointment which took 1 month to even set up. Then the technician comes and tells me that, yes, it looks like damage to the frame during shipping - no human could twist a frame that way. When he called for parts, the repair was denied, claiming it must be damage by customer abuse and then the technician refused to write down what he saw and now I have a damaged range with a useless warranty. Completely outrageous. This will certainly be the last time I ordered anything from Sears.
