Sears broken range - KENMORE ELITE

2010 I installed in my new kitchen a Kenmore Elite Ceramic Range, the range has broken 4 times, it broke for the 4th time shortly prior to Thanksgiving first repair appointment was missed due to my cleaning lady not responding to the technicians call. New appoinment was set for the day prior to Thanksgiving, Sears called me several times to confirm, the calls were becoming annoying, how many times do I have to confirm, I was instructed to be available between 8: am - 5: pm, I was available from 7:50am the day prior to Thanksgiving, I took this appointment very seriously as no range with 8 guest for Thanksgiving, the technician called my cell phone at 7:30am missed call, I immediatly called the number no response, called this number 5 times it is now 8:15am, I sears 800 # begging them to contact the technician, I now have my phone in my hand waiting, 9:20am missed call from the technican, I could not believe it, called his # again many times, no response, called Sears 800 #, appointment cancelled, stress, disapointment and in tears. The Sears agent told me, no the Technican will never answer the phone, cancelled... Apart from this awful day and no range for Thanksgiving, it is unaceptable that this product has failed to function 4 times in such a short time. I will never buy from Sears again.
