WASHER was under warranty when SEARS TECHS started repair on Dec 02. Four other different times, SEARS TECHS did inhouse visits to repair and install parts ordered to no avail-machine was not repaired. Warranty expired 02 Jan. Previous call to SEARS CUSTOMER RESOLUTIONS at (800) 479-6351 on 30 Dec to GALE ID #435537 -I was told to call back 02 Jan for washer replace if not fixed. On 16Jan I was told I will be given a replacement washer, but later was told SEARS CANNOT replace washer because it was out of warranty. Its not fair.
