Appt was scheduled for my 92 year old father for btwn 7-10am; by 11am, no repair person or call so I called to inquire as to when the repair person would arrive. I was told the tech would call; at 2:30pm still no call or tech, so I called again. I was told the tech couldn't find the street. Finally, at 3pm he showed up. When we told him the rinse cycle left lots water in the cloths without checking the machine he said it was the pump and we need a new machine. He said the mahine was 10 years old and they only last 4-5 years!!! When I asked 'why?' he didnt call he said they'd given him the wrong info. I've bought Sears appliances all my life and NO more. Totally unacceptable!
