It is refreshing to have a service provider allow me to schedule an in-home appointment at a time that is convenient for me! Dean arrived on time, took the time to do a thorough inspection of my dryer vent, made sure I understood what his findings were, didn't pressure me to get work done. The quote was much less than Sears who quoted $189 just for cleaning and didn't offer repair or vent upgrades.
I was optimistic thinking all I needs was a cleaning, but learned that some of my parts were a fire hazard or not installed correctly.
