Very bad service - water heater

Have a water heater that broke, still under guarantee. Called the rapair center, a technitian was sent to diagnose the problem and ordered a new water heater. So far all is good. Then calls to the repair center to set appointment and have a new water heater install have been a completed nightmare. Someone was due to arrived last monday between 1pm and 5pm and even after calling many times no one could give me an aproximate time of arrival and nobody came. At 530pm i called again and demanded to speak with a supervisor, this person was not professional, courteous, concern, accomodating, did not even apoligize and even worse did not pay attention to the conversation and had to repeat myself twice. Then he said that the appointment was canceled.

I am now of my 4th day without a water heater, sears repair center claims they don't have anyone available any sooner and that i have to wait 2 more days.
I am finish with this repair center and do not recomend anyone to have it.
The techs do a good job, however the people you have to talk to over the phone are poorly train or not trained at all, have no phone skills, if they feel they do not want to talk to you, would say "let me transfer you" and they will disconnect you, in one day happened 3 times. This has been the worse service i have ever had from anyone and the last time i will ever use this center.
