The Sears repairman came to diagnose my oven and I was told the control panel was bad. I purchased a new one and installed it myself and it was still doing the same thing. I called the 800-4my-home number and spoke to a woman agent # 919001 who was very rude and kept telling me that they did their job and I would have to pay again to have them come out, finally I demanded to speak to her supervisor and she put me on hold for over 36 minutes prior to getting disconnected. I called back and spoke to Joseph who was more than happy to help me and to tell me that since it was within the 90 days that there would be no trip charge to come back out. Thank You Joseph for helping me where the other agent failed to be a decent human being! I will follow up with what happens on the next repair trip. Getting through on the 800 number is very difficult.
