"Service Agreement" is a scam. This is the second day we're waiting home for a supposed appointment with the Sears repairman. No call, no show, no explanation, no number to contact anyone, no repair.
We're reading all over the web that Sears is selling these "Service Agreements" with no intention of sending a repairman to fix anything - it's a scam!
