I paid a $40 charge for Sears to fix my microwave. It was turning on and off by itself occassionally. Two weeks later they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I picked it up and they said it was fixed. When I got home I read the slip and it said the main control panel needed to be replaced, they called my home and we told them not to fix it. (they never called our home or spoke to anybody). They should have been able to tell me the control panel would need to be replaced based upon the symptoms. I have $40 less and need to buy a new microwave. You can believe I won't be buying it, or anything else, from Sears.
