We've had our Kenmore refrig 18 months. Two parts were to be replaced by Sear techs but when working on the refrig his pliers slipper and he severed the coolant line. We've spent 2-1/2 hours on the phone with the call center — the same questions are asked as each time the call magically drops. Sears scheduled a service call without checking with us first to see if we'll even be in town. The phone people sound like robots reading off of a script. We cannot get out questions answered nor someone with higher authority to speak with. Very disgusted.
