Our Sear refrigerator is apprx 4 yrs old; the ice maker is not working; we called SEARS HOME REPAIR to schedule an appt; the cost was $75; repairman was scheduled to arrive btw 8-12; my wife took a vacation day from work to stay home; by 10 my wife called the 888 # they said he will arrive any minute; he showed at 130.
Apprx 2 days later the ice maker stopped working again; same situation - schedule repair - take off from work - repair showed at 230pm - wife had to leave to get kids at school - REscheduled for another day... Now her boss will not allow another vacation day this month!!!

Now I am trying to REschedule with Sears and I will take off from work but nobody at the 888 can help me to confirm an exact time. After 21 minutes on phone and no response from Supervisor the phone was disconnected
