The door handle broke and the light stopped working on our Kenmore Microwave. I called and scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out and assess the problem after I had already paid an electrician to fix the light. Anyway, a very nice technician came out. He gave us the run around for a few days and eventually informed us that we would need to purchase a new handle and a new circuit board. Long story short, we were required to pay $338 BEFORE the work had been completed so they could order the parts; that was on May 28. Twenty fours days later, we still have a gaping hole in our microwave where the circuit board belongs and have been on the phone for extended periods of time trying to find out where the technician is who was supposed to come out and continue the work he started. We have been inquiring about the whereabouts of this technician over the last 4 hours. Every time we call the 800 number we get the run around, hung up on, and false promises. They have my money and we are left with a microwave above our range that is an eyesore. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!!! This is your warning: (
