Sears broken oven - Fisher & Paykel oven

On Monday I called to get an oven repaired. After over an hour, I was told someone would call to schedule an appt in 24-48 hours. No one called. I called on Wednesday, on was told the same. On Friday, after three hours talking to four different departments, we were scheduled for Sunday from 7:30 am to 12:00. When no one came, I called at 1 pm. I was put on hold and five minutes later, told the tech was running late and should be at our home in an hour. At 3 pm, since no one came, I called and talked to three different people. I was told that the techs do not work on Sundays, and the Tech was never scheduled. I had to call back on Monday to schedule an appointment. I called on Monday, spent two and a half hurs talking to three "specialists" and told someone would call me in 24-48 hours.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
