I scheduled and apt for today 4-9. The tech showed up looked at the washing machine and couldn't figure out why it was leaking. He told me it was my job to level out the washing machine because he "THINKS" thats what is wrong with it. He thinks... He's not sure?!? He then continued to tell me that he doesn't have a level so he can't help me, Im pretty sure he installs washing machines and dryers so he has a level. He left and I contacted Sears to set up another appointment because this is just crazy, they continued to tell me that I have to call back tomorrow because the issue isn't cleared from there system so they can't help me out. This is absolutely NOT OKAY! It is by far the most unacceptable and horrible customer service I have ever received!
