First, i have had a master protection agreement for several years. 1/2 experience ok, rest is ridiculous. Cannot talk to a person in the united states, get hung up on when ask for someone you can understand or that is in US, get hung up on when asking for supervisor. Reapeated attempts to fix a few appliances over the years, many no shows, many parts ordered have to come back, dont have 'required' parts on truck, cant talk to anyone to complain to. Just cancelled my service agreement last week, surprised that happened without being transferred overseas. Havent seen it on credit card yet, so shouldnt get excited. Hoping someone from sears home service will contact me as the letters i have written go to no where. One sears tech has been wonderful, rest well...
