Do not use the Sears Home Repair service. They do NOT keep their promises. After a very unsatisfactory repair experience, Sears promised to send a $30 gift card. I did not receive the gift card and called again. They said they were having problem with their gift card issuing system and said they would resubmit it. I never received it and when I called back, they said they had no record of a gift card being issue! Two Sears agents in the Home Repair "Customer Care" department lied to me.
Never again!
