On 12-15-06, I placed a order on line with Sears for a gift card (496710). On 12-21-06 my daughter called and said the card arrived but when presented at sears was told it was blank?!
Several e-mails later - Sears has not made any attempt to correct this problem. They keep telling me that I need to take action...
I feel this is b/s = bad service...
I have shopped at sears for the last time!
