Refund needed

Sears was unable to repair my Kenmore oven even though I told them what the error codes were and asked them if it was repairable before they came out. I had paid them $351.16 to make the repairs, which the second repairman promised to have refunded. They've refunded all but $75, even though I told them the refund was promised to me. I've spoken to at least 10 people; a few were nice, most were rude. I've gotten nothing but conflicting information and broken promises. I've spent at least 20 hours on this. I was offered a $50 gift card at one point, which insulted me. I only want what is owed to me, no more no less. Apparently with Sears it is all about "winning" - they do not want to have to admit their errors by providing a refund. I've asked for the alleged recordings of conversations to be reviewed with no success. I've asked for someone to contact the repairman who promised me the refun with no success.
