I purchased their refillable ink cartridges and ink for my epsom 633 workforce printer. The cartridges were defective and they sent out new ones as they leaked all over the inside of my printer. When i contacted them they refunded the cost of the ink and cartridges which is $79 but will not be liable for the printer. This was a new printer and not inexpensive, i feel they should step up and refund me on the printer since their defective cartridges destroyed it. I went to 2 computer repair places and they said once ink leaks into the printer the printer isn't salvageable.
