I purchased a HP Photosmart 7510 (new) printer 2/23. On 2/27 I kept getting error messages that the print head was either damaged or incorrect for the printer. I contacted HP and they sent me a replacement head to install. I installed the new print head and still had the same problem. I called again and they stated that they were going to send me a recondition printer, I stated that if I wanted a reconditioned printer I would have bought one. I want a new printer. I use the printer for my wifes medical listing. They are waiting to get a tracking number to send it. They do not know when they will ship it.
