Three weeks ago we bought a new 21" iMac and an HP Photosmart Premium Printer C310a. Hooked up the iMac within minutes of being home, then tried to install and run the HP printer. At first I tried to to it wirelessly, but failed. The printer would now acknowledge the router and would not install and operate properly and you can TOTALLY for get about the ePrint feature. We contacted HP figuring we had done something wrong, but no, we were told it was "faulty" and returned it for a second HP Photosmart Premium C310a Printer. After a week of fighter this again, today I am returning it and buy something else. This time, I connected it to my iMac with a USB cable. I went and downloaded new updated iMac drivers and made sure my computer "saw" the printer, before I even tried to install it. I also, uninstalled the first one before I started. Again, it won't acknowledge the router, which is setting less than two feet from it. It refuses to give me an e-mail address so I can connect it to ePrint and everytime I press ANYTHING on the control panel, it takes me to the HELP menu. I cannot set the ePrint feature, or anything else for that matter. What a waste of two weeks and two trips to Best Buy. —The worst part is they recommended it to me and I was dumb enough to buy it!
