My new printer that came FROM qvc, but is an HP, 1/2 the time only prints after i unplug and plug back in. I have called TWICE, spending almost an hour each call, troubleshooting. The third time i told them i didn't have time to do that again, they needed to swap it, he said he would have a supervisor call me. Been more than 2 weeks, no call. They are pathetic, no more hp products here!!!
