I bought a HP deskjet 2050 all-in-one j510 series printer on 9/08. It is for home use. I don't print much so when the printer quit printing I tried to correct the problem. I went to the HP help site and did everything suggested. As a last resort, as advised by the help site, I pulled the paper out. From that time until now, it will not pull any paper back into the machine. After spending much time over the next two days, contacting hp customer service, talking with their tech, I was told that they would send me by e-mail, a credit for a new printer. All I have to do is give them my credit card number. I refused, the tech said he could do no more, I would have to wait until a manager could get to me. I could expect a call in the next few days. There's got to be a better way to handle this. Al I want is a new printer that works.
