I bought an HP printer from these guys. I plugged it into an HP computer. It crashed said computer. Had to use apple iPod to find customer service number. Not easy. Got get lost menu. Finally got guy in India. Guy in India couldn't help because error message not in his book. Guy in India sent me to Gal in Florida. Gal in Florida told me she would charge me $99.95 to fix issue caused by HP printer. Took printer back to store. Lost all data on computer so had to re-install all hardware. Will never buy HP junk again.
