Magic Jack is the worst telephone I have ever used. If you have a problem with it, just forget it. The only way to communicate with customer service in by chat line. All you get from that is a lot of promises and nothing is done. My phone has been out for two weeks. The only answer I can get from the chat line is, your account is under review. Keep checking your e-mail. Same answer every time we chat. They can't tell me how long it takes to review an account. They don't seem to care how long a line is out of service. I don't think they have the people with the knowledge to fix the problem. I can't find out if it will be out of service for weeks, months or years. This service is a joke.
