Magic Jack is horrible!!! They system rarely works and people can't hear you when you speak. If you decide to get assistance with the On line chat customer service people you are setting yourself up for a huge disappointment! I don't know how many customer service reps they have, but accumulate they can't possibly have an IQ over 80. They have no idea what the system can or can't do and therefore are unable to help with the simplest of questions. Do not purchase magic jack!!!
