My family has used Magic Jack for two years with only a few problems. After we renewed our service for another year we started not being able to call locally anymore. I recently started my own business and now my customers can't get ahold of me cuz the calls won't go through. It's an interconnect problem. Customer service was NO help at all and just gave me the typical run around and didn't answer my question as to if it was going to get fixed or not??? Magic Jack is fast becoming a rip off cuz you can't use your phone so what good is it? It's nice when it works, but the company isn't fixing the problem and doesn't seem to care about the problem. There is no phone number to call for customer service, only live chat and they keep you waiting for 20 minutes while they transfer you around and never answer your questions. It's a joke and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. They just rip you off and don't give you any service.
