4 Years ago I bought the a HP DV 6000 lap top. My daughter uses it for highschool work. She now informs me that the computer no longer works. We have now been informed that the laptop was sold with a defect and the cost of repair would be $400-$500 dollars. I am irate due to the fact that I paid $1,000.00 for the laptop and the company that sold this to me no longer exist. How will HP resolve this issue? I am a single parent and do not have the finances to add to the corporate wallet.
