Nothing else needs to be said, if only I could give you a standing Ovation. Encore encore!!! Recently (since my Compaq laptop, lets just say it was more than two years old at this point and the Vid cam didn't work, mouse pad didn't work, 2 of my 3 USB ports were non-functioning, and after having it only 6 months my hard-drive crashed with video and pictures of my newborn son on it, yes I bought it myself and took the sealing tape off of the box, so I know no abuse besides daily use caused these things. Finally my son did what I should have done and took one of his toys and took 90% of the keyboard keys off of it, finally making it fully non-functioning.)
ANYHOW back to DELL.com!!!
I wanted a new laptop. I started looking for companies that sold custom built laptops for something other than an outrageous price. I found HP, and DELL, and then decided to build what I wanted with both of them over the phone. From HP I got Ken, and Kristin, they were excellent customer serive agents, and very patient with me!!! However, they were also higher priced than Dell. From Dell I got a gentleman that was so easy to talk to, and didn't make it seem as if I was just someone looking for a laptop, but a true customer, and I can honestly say that the service I got from this gentleman, John W., was the best experience I've ever had both in person and over the phone. And my purchase wasn't final until 2 weeks after I initally contacted Dell and John W. Because I was waiting to see if I could find a better deal.
I'm still clapping John.
Dell, respectfully, give him a raise please. Or have him train others. I'm hard to please.
