Recently I was in the market for a new laptop, I contacted both HP and Dell. Dell came out on top with the better price for my customized laptop, but the customer service I received with Hp was wonderful. Ken and Kristin, did a wonderful job helping me customize my laptop, and also looking for any discounts they could find for me. HP/Compaq, Dell beat you out by 40 bucks.
