Just trying to do initial install; it didn't even start by itself. After 2 hours with multiple M/J techs having me turn off every security setting they could think of, it still wouldn't even install. Refused to send me copy of chat session or notes. Had to have a paid PC tech fix my computer.
This company should be put out of business.
