The voicemail box cannot be accessed. I spent 6 hours in an on-line chat (as they say they have no way of speaking on a phone) on saturday the 27th of dec. I was told i would get a resolution email within 24 hours. That never came. I went again on monday into the chat, spoke with "the highest level" of techs again and all they did was the same procedures over and over to no avail. They told me after more than 2 hours on the chat that by 8pm the problem would be solved. It was not. I entered into the chat again this morning for many hours now, as i am still waiting to hear from the tech who told me to reboot my computer again, to come back on and assist me. Still nothing. She told me earlier if i just believed they could fix the problem, then they would be able to. I had this conversation sent as email for proof. I cant get anywhere with them. I cant speak to anyone on a phone. Please help
