Magic Jack does not work with every high speed internet provider and they do not disclose that. They are difficult to work with. We wanted our home phone available for AT&T to transfer back so we could keep our number we have had for 29 years, and MJ will not make it available to AT&T. Also, they advertise with or without a computer. That's a lie. You have to have a computer to run the system. Buyer Beware. This is not a good product. You cannot talk to anyone. I can see why they don't have a telephone number for the public to call them. The techs in the "chat room" don't know what they are doing and are at times rude and will disconnect your conversation. Takes hours chatting and there is still no resolution. I will tell everyone I come into contact with "DO NOT BUY MAGICJACK"...
