Ten hours of wasted time on a chat session with over 14 techs and none of then smart enough to fix the product... Techs have no understanding of their product and follow a script of directions to try and solve problem and end up running the same fix over and over hoping it will fix itself. Pathetic excuse for a company and customer service.
