I'm writing to see you of the horrible, time-wasting encounter I'd using the alleged “support” support which lost more than 80 moments of my important time-on Friday, 2/14/08, and more than 90 units of my important time-on Saturday, 2/16/08.
The “support” associates repeatedly requested for my block address, that we had previously supplied at that time I listed my Compaq and also the warranty. Additionally they had me undergo thousands of repetitious entry level troubleshooting programs, despite my efforts to describe that people had decided the issue was hardware-related. I had been subsequently positioned on store for more than 20 minutes before somebody relented and decided to deliver a container for me personally to deliver my notebook back the horsepower for restoration.
Normally, on the basis of the mess of the people I talked with about the telephone, I've ZERO assurance that my notebook is likely to be fixed correctly. Sadly, delivering the notebook back again to horsepower is my only choice at the moment.
Next time I'm on the market to get a new pc, I'll most surely select a manufacturer apart from horsepower because of the major mess of the support team.
