In September I purchased a HP Pavilion notebook through Circuit City. A few months before, the display goes useless and that I go to Signal City who stated they did guarantee repairs. Well which means they deliver it to horsepower.

And there is the issue. Going back week, they've LIED atleast twice concerning the pc and till recently (2/23) I really couldnot actually get a solution towards the issue — Had you actually exposed the container?

On 2/20 they inform me the pc is likely to be back in the shop that evening. A Rest. For three times, I get only "call-back per day."

Web listings are A Lie. Friday 2/23 I get somebody who claims the pc has been fixed and it'll be-at the shop on Friday.

A Lie. Four hours afterwards, Circuit City calls me and informs me they will have obtained an email the computer requires a new motherboard, the motherboard is on backorder and horsepower DOESN'T HAVE CONCEPT when substitutes may appear and, obviously, I will pretty much forget viewing my pc any time soon.

HP's reaction to this, after I called back, was sorry. Not they were sorry, but that I ought to be pleased that I eventually got a solution.

Never, actually, actually buy an hp computer. Never.

I might lose my work easily do not have this pc in a couple of days. But horsepower does not care. They got my income.
