After I purchased my Pavilion PC, I bought the advanced horsepower guarantee: 4-decades in-house support at a cost of $319. The computer is just a 2008 design, an extremely early 64bit Landscape device. I have had several, many issues with it, possibly more because of Vista than towards the equipment.
