Hard Drive Crash - need software - DV6

Hi,
Our college son's DV6t laptop disk drive crashed in another state. He sent us the laptop but not the restore CDs or Office CD. I have the original order number. H106789777 Best Buy will restore the operating system and software but needs authorization. Can you help?
