HP Envy laptop hard drive crashes - HP Envy Touchsmart Laptop

Bought a HP Envy Touchsmart Sleekbook July 31. Had it back to the store August 29th because of a hard drive crash. Got it back, and it is now October 23rd and I have just had the same problem.
