Repierment of my Laptop

Dec 12 I brought my laptop HP A200-AH6 to store for repairment of keyboard and hard drive. Keys on keyboard were falling and the system crashed recently and I had to restore the system. The store associate checked the laptop and asked me to sign additional letter with conditions I did not like. But they told me that it's a normal procedure. I signed the paper and told them that I paid $299 for 3 years warranty and I want to fix it with no additioal payments. On Dec 20 I was informaed that the laptop screen is damaged and my warranty is void. But I never had issues with the screeen and the reason why I went to the store was issues with keyboard and to identify reason for crashing of hard drive. Now Best Buy asks me to pay 250 dollars for repair of the screen which I refused to pay. I told them I want the screen working as it was before and to fix issues with keyboard and with hard drive. I feel cheated.
