I bought a Dell Desktop 4550. The pc 4550 was marketed in the future having a $70.00 refund.
Windows XP doesn't help all peripherals and so I also bought an Epson Perfection 1250 protection. It had been to truly have a $30.00 refund. I submitted the packaging slip in the container of the reader.
The cover mentioned it had been the packing slip. I subsequently obtained a postcard in the Dell discount centre declaring the packaging slip was undesirable. I approached Dell online to get the best packaging slip, obtained one and delivered it.
Dell has declined to recognize this packaging ease and spend the $30.00 refund.
Dell has also declined to come back any communication I've delivered to them. Dell claims they'd react in 2 to 3 business days. They've not answered yet.
Also the $70.00 refund for that pc hasn't been obtained. All paper-work for that pc was posted correctly. I've not noticed a term about either refund.
I've required the standing and communication isn't delivered.
Dell is extremely reluctant to reside as much as their refund contract. I'm out $100.00 in discounts due to Dell's rejection to fix issues and make things right.
