Hello my name is Jeremy. I purchased a Dell notebook in December and no packing slip was included. The packing slip is needed to claim my 50 dollar mail in rebate. I emailed them over and over and asked questions on their web site over and over and they finally emailed me something they said i could use as a packing slip to get my rebate. I printed it out and mailed it many weeks ago and checking my rebate status on their site they don't even have me listed. So obviously the person emailing me this lied. I deserve my 50 dollar rebate i was promised. Thank You.
